I was raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where I developed a deep appreciation for connection, resilience, and supporting others through life’s challenges. I later moved to Florida to pursue my career in mental health, earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Psychology.
I work with individuals who may appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted internally. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more in control.
Using a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I help you identify your goals and develop practical strategies to manage stress, improve emotional balance, and build healthier coping patterns.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll focus on helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
